Fiducial’s Give Back Programs
Over the last couple of years, Fiducial has become increasingly involved in supporting the communities around its offices to improve the daily lives of those it has served. For example, in Summer 2017, Fiducial Expertise in Columbia and Cincinnati partnered with “Prepare for Success” in its Backpack Drive Program. This Backpack Drive Program collected much needed school supplies for local students returning to school ages pre-school through high school.
School supplies are expensive, and having school supplies is the critical first step to help a student feel at ease. This creates an environment where the students can achieve higher literacy levels, improve academic performance, and graduate..

In 2018, Fiducial Expertise in Columbia, Maryland partnered with Grassroots Crisis Intervention Center (“Grassroots”) for our Give Back supply drive. Grassroots is a multi-service crisis intervention center providing 24-hour crisis intervention services, emergency and transitional shelter, and community education since 1969. Grassroots services include a 24-hour crisis hotline and chat program, walk-in counseling program, support groups, shelter program, and runaway program.
Thanks to this program, Fiducial Expertise Columbia collected and donated personal care items, cleaning supplies, pantry items, gas gift cards, house hold items, and employment related items needed by the shelter. Fiducial Expertise Columbia invited all Fiducial offices to partner with similar programs local to their offices to Give Back to their local communities.

In 2017 and 2018, Fiducial contributed to Tots for Tots, a national campaign that started in 1947 to help children in need. To date the program has distributed 566 million toys and supported 258 million children.
Fiducial Expertise in Manassas, Timonium and Columbia have partnered with Toys for Tots each holiday Season to provide new toys to local children in need. They have also invited other Fiducial offices, including Federated Fiducial, Jade Fiducial, and Businesswise Fiducial, to partner with a Toy for Tots or similar toy drive program local to their office.
